• Guarantee visa approval

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Fee Structure

Our fees consist of two components:

• Government visa fee: Paid directly to visa authorities (non-refundable)
• Our service fee: Payment for our application assistance services

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is typically required after document verification and before application submission
• All prices are clearly displayed on our website
• Prices are subject to change based on government fee updates
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit all required documents in the specified format
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from travel date
• Comply with all visa requirements and conditions
• Not hold us liable for decisions made by visa authorities

5. Visa Approval and Rejection

5.1 No Guarantee

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant visa authorities. We cannot guarantee visa approval regardless of the completeness or accuracy of your application.

5.2 Rejection

If your visa application is rejected by the authorities, we are not liable for:

• The rejection decision
• Any financial losses (flight bookings, hotel cancellations, etc.)
• Reimbursement of government visa fees (non-refundable)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of our service fee paid by you.
